My Mapped Network Drive list is too long

If you need to remove some of the items from your Mapped Network Drive list, you can do so by editing the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Network\ PersistentConnections registry subkey.

Delete the entries that you need to, then be sure to change the Order value to remove the letters of the mappings you deleted. You can also rearrange the order of the letters in order to rearrange the order the mappings are displayed.

Note: As always, we'll remind you that editing your registry is serious business; always have a verified backup before you begin.
