Over the past couple of months, IBM has released a number of new and updated certifications for IT professionals using its products.
In October, the company unveiled two certifications for WebSphere 6.0:
* IBM Certified Solution Developer, Web Services Development with IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software 6.0.x
* IBM Certified Solution Developer, WebSphere Message Broker 6.0
Under its "Information Management" umbrella, the company also released a new Informix cert, IBM Certified System Administrator, Informix Dynamic Server 10 System Administrator.
IBM also recently updated several of its DB2 certifications to DB2 9: IBM Certified Database Administrator, DB2 9 DBA for Linux, Unix and Windows; and IBM Certified Database Associate, DB2 9 Fundamentals.
The company's Tivoli division also recently unveiled several new certifications, including:
* IBM Certified Deployment Professional, Tivoli Workload Scheduler 8.3
* IBM Certified Deployment Professional, Tivoli Netcool Associate 1.0
* IBM Certified Deployment Professional, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager 6.1
* IBM Certified Specialist, Tivoli Provisioning Manager Express 4.1 for Software Distribution
